I purchased this guitar just over 2 months ago and it is in mint condition. The top is solid Mahogany and the back and sides are layered Mahogany. The fretboard and bridge are Rosewood and the saddle and nut are bone.

The set up on the guitar is very good and it plays well up and down the fretboard. The truss rod is fully functional. This is a straight acoustic guitar with no electronics.
It comes with a nice padded gig bag. As for sound and resonance this guitar punches well above its price point. The only reason I am selling is because I have 7 acoustic guitars and I need to start trimming down the herd.
